Account Servicing Associate- $18/hr. with multiple positions available

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
General Summary:
The Associate, Servicing is responsible for supporting the Servicing Support Teams (Titles, Payment Processing, Total Loss, Ancillary Products, VPP and Back Office) by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within the company's timeframes, adhere to the company's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per the company's KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Processing of retail loan and lease payments, processing titles from on boarding to final release, Processing back office work including miscellaneous emails from the call centers and vendors, handle escalated customer issues, credit disputes, incoming faxes, address changes etc.
2. Support Leads and Associates in distributing workloads, coach Associates as requested to a higher level of performance, act as a liaison between Hyundai and vendors used for outsourced work.
3. Monitor daily workloads and make recommendations to the Associate and Lead to ensure all KPIs are met and to improve operational efficiency and accuracy. Track and monitor outstanding workflow issues to ensure a timely resolution.
4. Participate in special projects, i.e., testing and implementation of system conversion enhancements and upgrades. Perform all other duties as assigned.

· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with general office equipment
